Acceptance of terms

By using Awareness Security's services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the services.

Our services

Awareness Security offers AI-assisted security testing with human validation:

• Penetration testing of web applications and APIs
• Security reports with findings and recommendations
• Consultation on vulnerability remediation

Authorization and consent

When ordering security testing, you confirm that:

• You have the right to authorize security testing of the specified targets
• The scope is correctly defined and covers only systems you have the right to test
• The testing window is approved and relevant parties have been informed

Obligations

Customer obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure you have necessary authorization for testing
• Notify us immediately of changes to scope or testing window

Our obligations

• Perform services professionally and according to industry standards
• Only test within agreed scope and testing window
• Treat all information confidentially

Confidentiality

Both parties commit to treating all information received in connection with the engagement as confidential. This includes test results, vulnerabilities, and other sensitive information.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement
• The limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of material breach. Upon termination, work in progress shall be compensated proportionally.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, the Follo and Nordre Østfold District Court shall have jurisdiction.
